AUTOMATIC LINE FOR LOADING, CUTTING, PUNCHING AND DEBURRING STEEL BARS
The line is a special system specifically designed for processing of galvanized steel profiles in small and medium series in the field of tensile structures. It is very versatile and can be used for several types of bars (square, rectangular and round sections).
The full line consists of the following workstations:
– Bar bundle automatic loading,automatic singularization and a movement;
– Bar cutting with automatic double miter and automatic discharge of of metal swarfs;
– Automatic discharge with or without palletizing.
– Punching and final deburring of sharp edges;

– PROCESSABLE PROFILE SECTION: Max thickness 100x100x4 (mm)
– BAR LENGHT: 4,000 to 6,000 (mm)
– PROCESSABLE SECTIONS: round, square and rectangular
