Shrink wrap and vacuum bags robot pallettizer for milling industry
Problema
Need for automation and efficiency of the contemporary palletizing process for shrink wrap and vacuum bags for two different production lines.
Soluzione tecnologica
Plant studied and designed for the milling industry, capable of handling different products, both dimensionally that geometrically with the same gripping system. The robot, with the special gripper system, is able to palletize simultaneously both the shrink wrap packs and the vacuum bags. The gripping system also has an automatic interlayer pad-inserting system and mechanical grippers for picking up the empty pallet.
Obiettivo raggiunto
With a single robotized palletizing cell the customer now is able to palletize 2 completely different products between them.
