DOSING OF SEALANTS/SILICONES/RESINS: ROBOT FOR DISPENSING MONO- AND BI-COMPONENT PRODUCTS

Technology developed and manufactured by Mbl Solutions, it is a robotized cell to automate the operations of dispensing mono and bi-component sealants. These machines are used in many fields: the automotive industry, household electrical appliances, photovoltaics and solar thermal energy.

The “STANDARD” systems consist of:

– Pressing plate pumps for the transfer of products ffrom drums up to 200kg;
– High pressure piping, control valves;
– Electronic control units for the management of the flow rate and mixing ratio;
– Automatic valves mounted on the robot wrist;
– Nozzles and static dispensing mixers according to the product (mono or bi-component);
– Anthropomorphic or cartesian robot with CNC controller;
– Electric control panel and touch screen HMI device
