Problem

The need for automating and improving efficiency of the pin welding process on the related metal items: an operation so far carried out in semi–automatic mode.

Technological solution

Design and implementation of a customized system consists of a CNC machinery (with numerical control) which automatically performs the welding process required by the customer.

The system has been also designed to integrate in future the application of automatic loading / unloading of the processing components.

Aim reached

Reduction of production costs and an increase in productivity per hour.
