COMPLETE PALLETIZATION AND PACKAGING SYSTEM FOR BLOCKS OF OYSTER MUSHROOMS

The system is based on an anthropomorphic robot equipped with a gripper designed according to the product features and able to pick up and palletize blocks up to 50Kg of weight.

The“STANDARD” robotized cell  consists of:

• A robot with 4 controlled axes
• Pick-up gripper up to 50kg
• Motorized conveyor belts with mechanical diverters for provisioning the inlet product
• System for the automatic stretch wrapping of the pallet with topsheet applicator
• Roller conveyors for the storage finished pallets and perimeter protections
• A flexible cycle management software of palletization developed by Mbl Solutions

General features:

• Gripper with a payload up to 100 kg
• Productivity up to 700 bags / hour
• Application SW for the simple and intuitive development of the pallet layout
• Interfacing with other machinery upstream of the system
• Perimeter protections under Regulation EC.
