The system is based on an anthropomorphic robot equipped with an innovative gripper able to pick up bags up to 25 kg, cut off the wrapping and empty the contents into a hopper efficiently and productively.

The “STANDARD” robotized cell consists of:

A robot with 6 controlled axes
Gripper for picking bags up to 25kg
Photoelectric system and intelligent control softwareSCANVIEW MBLthat seeks the correct position and picks up one bag at a time
A cutting and emptying station of the bag with automatic control of the empty bag
