AUTOMATIC ASSEMBLY OF COUNTERFRAMES: SPECIAL ROTARY TABLE MACHINERY FOR AUTOMATING THE FINAL ASSEMBLY PROCESS OF COUNTERFRAMES FOR DISAPPEARING SLIDING DOORS
The machinery performs the final assembly of the counterframes f or for the disappearing sliding doors through an automated process of screwing of the elements that compose them. It is very versatile and can be used for different standards.
The machinery consists in:
– 2-position rotary table bringing a door template in each workstation;
– Motorized linear axis for the movement of the screw heads;
– Provision systems of screws and automatic screwing heads with stroke and torque control;
– Electrical power supply and machinery management panel with PLC controller.
