CARTESIAN PALLETIZER CONCEIVED FOR PACKAGES OF DIFFERENT SIZES

Problem

The need for improving the health and safety conditions of operators within the pallet stowage area of the packaged items in output from the orbital wrapping machine.

Technological solution

Design and realization of a robotized system able to automatically palletize all packages with variable sizes, through a smart system of  the recipe set-up and  mechanical zeroing of the packages to be processed.

Aim reached

Improvement of the health and safety conditions of the employees working in that production branch, eliminating the process of manual palletization.
