Robot for loading/unloading the bakering trays on trolleys

A robotized system ad-hoc designed for small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the production of bakery products (Taralli, biscuits, toasts, etc.). The system picks up the trays out of the main line (dosers, boilers, etc.) and lays down them on the tray- carrying  trolleys used for cooking in the oven of the bakery products.

The standard robotized cell is constituted by:
– Anthropomorphic 6-axis  robot
– A “special” gripper for the the pick & place of the trays
– Workstations concerning the tray–carrying trolleys(1 to max 6 trolleys)
– Interfacing with the existing production line
– Perimeter protections and safety light curtains

Each plant is custom-designed on the basis of the customer needs … never adapted
