Activities at Mbl Solutions continue abroad in the field of Packaging: the company, after a careful work of design and construction, has recently started an automatic robotized system for palletizing blocks of “oyster mushroom ” in Romania.
The composition of the system:
– An anthropomorphic robot with a special multifunction customized gripping device for picking the product and the empty pallets
– Motorized conveyor belts supplying the products to be palletized
– Robotized picking of the pallets from the stack
– Automatic wrapping of the pallets with the extensible film + an automatic top–sheet feeder
– Control and management software of the system which is customized on the customer needs
The system has a maximum productivity of up to 720 blocks / hour
